Our Key Technologies

To meet the challenges of contemporary fashion and the demands for fast, efficient production, we utilize latest-generation tools:

• DIGISCAN Optical Digitizers: We transform every physical prototype into a high-resolution digital model. This technology allows us to capture complex geometries with total fidelity to the designer’s original concept.

• SDF4 and SDF6 Finishing Machines: Thanks to the SDF (Single Digital Fixation) system, we can complete the last's processing in a single cycle. This eliminates repositioning errors and ensures an impeccable finish on both toes and heels.

• SDMARK Robotic Laser Marking: Every last is customized and traced with extreme precision. The laser system enables the engraving of logos, size scales, and technical references directly onto the surface, guaranteeing perfect and long-lasting legibility.

• HYPERTHERM Plasma Cutting: For the production of bottom plates and internal metal components, we use CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems that ensure a perfect fit and superior structural strength.
